At Kyle United Methodist Church, youth grades 6-12 gather together for Bible Study on Sunday mornings, Youth nights on Sunday evenings and to become involved in aspects of worship, serving alongside adults and leading the younger children.
Youth Sunday School
Youth Sunday School meets in the newly re-designed youth room in the Family Life Center Sundays at 10:00am. Our current bible study is Bible Stories for Life: Relationship Status.
Spending time in community with other believers is an important part of every student’s spiritual journey. You also know effective discipleship requires intentionality. That’s why Bible Studies for Life: Students is designed around a plan to help disciple to students with wisdom, starting with real-life issues and connecting them to God’s Word in an intentional way.
Every session of Bible Studies for Life: Students is designed to be clear, interactive, and intentional.
- Clear: providing relatable, real-life issues in a clean, easy-to-follow design
- Interactive: forming connections through concise teaching plans, engaging questions, creative interaction, and personal reflection
- Intentional: equipping students through cultural action points, Live It Out session summary, a full page of application-based activities, and weekly Bible reading plan
During the school year, Youth Group meets every Sunday from 6-8pm in the Youth Room in the Family Life Center. During the Summer, we don’t meet every Sunday but we get together for events. Youth entering 6th grade-12th grade are invited to join us for food, fellowship andfun! Bring your friends, all are welcome! We will do a meal during Youth Group on the first Sunday of the month–all other youth group meetings will include snacks.
